| Getting undeliverable messages about emails you never sent |
Unfortunately, there is nothing that you can do about people sending out emails using your email address as the sender. You can try it yourself. Go into your email program and change the email address associated with that account. Even if the server at the other end doesn\'t accept it because they can\'t confirm the address, they will still send the undeliverable message to the email that\'s in the From: section. The email address that you put in your email program is different than your username, which is what gives you access to the mail server.
What you can do, though, is filter out those annoying emails if they have something in common that you can set up a filter for. For example, we get a lot of returned emails from atlastravelweb.com, so we just set up a filter for Any Header that contains atlastravelweb.com to discard. You can set filters by going into your control panel and clicking on the Block Emails icon.
